Due to recent business expansion, we are seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to help process new lease applications and provide support to existing Partners. The role will be office based.
Day-to-day you will be working as part of the Lease Support Team, successfully managing new lease applications from the point of credit approval through to payout. You will also handle incoming calls and email enquiries.
You will be a key member of the team, managing new lease applications, credit checking customers, quoting and responding to general enquiries. You will also provide support to other team members where necessary.
We will provide full training on our portal and the finance product being sold.
Duties will primarily involve:
• Providing administrative support for new sales, not limited to: credit vetting new orders, earning banking approval, raising lease documentation and invoicing
• Answering general and new sales enquiries via telephone, email and live chat
You will be part of a growing team who are on a mission to simplify the financing of assets and technologies for business. We work with over 350 Partners nationwide and have over 2000 customers. This is a fantastic role if you are interested in the latest technologies and/or are looking for a role in banking.
We are situated at the New Church Road (Hove) and Boundary Road (Portslade) intersection, with access to a wide number of shops, cafe’s and places to eat. We’re a stone’s through from Portslade train station.
