Due to recent business expansion, we are seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to help process new lease applications and provide support to existing Partners. The role will be office based.
Day-to-day you will be working as part of the Lease Support Team, successfully managing new lease applications from the point of credit approval through to payout. You will also assist existing Partners to get the most out their Lease Telecom account, by encouraging use of our cutting edge online portal.
You will be one of the first points of contact for new lease applications, credit checking, quoting and responding to general enquiries. You will also provide assistance and training for Partners and their sales teams.
We will provide full training on our portal and the finance product being sold.
Duties will involve:
• Providing administrative support for new sales
• Answering general and new sales enquiries via telephone, email and live chat
• Speaking with Partners to arrange system training and online demos
• Promoting new offers and marketing content to Partners
You will be part of a growing team who are on a mission to simplify the financing of telecoms and IT for business. We work with over 350 Partners nationwide and have over 2000 customers.
